What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is moving meditation that calms your nervous system, strengthens your body, and keeps energy flowing smoothly. It cultivates qi through posture, movement, breath, and focus for better health, vitality, and spiritual awareness. In Daoism, it’s the base for inner alchemy—transforming emotions and uniting heaven and earth within.
Our sessions blend spinal warm-ups, breathwork, Healing Smile, Six Healing Sounds, and guided exercises to release stored emotions and awaken grounded well-being. Energy rises through the Microcosmic Orbit, filling the brain with light and vitality.

Qi Gong Practices
A beautiful branch of the Universal Healing Tao, is the Qi Gong practices, where we learn to cultivate, refine, and transform life force.
My dear Qi Inner Cultivating friends,
I’m happy to invite you to a Sunday morning Qi Gong from 29th of March until the end of April, designed to align the body with the the cosmos, the rhythm of the moon and the wisdom of the 5 Elements. We are giving the following 5 weeks , 5 Sunday mornings , for balancing and stabilising internal chi ✨
These up to 90 minutes sessions are inspired by Taoist internal practices (Mantak Chia lineage) and are for both beginners and those already on the path .
The intention of this series until the end of April, is to build a stable energetic foundation so that the body can naturally condense and refine energy in later stages, preparing for deeper internal alchemy practices in May (Fusion & Kan & Li) 🔥💧
Core Daily Foundation (all weeks)
Each class it’s complete with itself and will include:
– Arrival and intention setting
– Dantian breathing
– Qi self-massage and Chi Nei Tsang-inspired practices
– Iron Shirt foundations
– Organ awareness and collection points
– Gentle energy cultivation to anchor and refine Qi
A key practice will be developing awareness in the lower dantian (belly centre). Most practitioners (around 90%) are still learning to genuinely feel and gather energy here. So a simple practice. Upon waking, bring awareness to the navel area, breathe gently into the lower belly and softly smile into the belly button, then into the woomb or prostate gland and the whole of the lower tantien. To begin gathering energy and stabilising attention in the centre. Every Day. Every Morning 🥰☀️
Weekly Programme
🌕 29 March — Earth Element (Full Moon)
Theme: Stability, grounding, and the Earth–Moon axis
Focus: building gravity in the lower dantian and stabilising the system.
* Arrival and intention setting
* Qi self-massage (awakening body awareness)
* Dantian breathing (deep internal grounding)
* Buddha Palm (sensing energetic field between hands)
* Chi Nei Tsang-inspired abdominal work (emotional digestion)
* Spinal activation (structural alignment)
* Triple Warmer Heee (system regulation)
* Moon drawing practice (receiving and storing energy into the dantian)
🌬 5 April — Metal Element (Clarity & Breath)
Theme: Structure, breath, boundaries, truth
Focus: refining awareness and strengthening energetic containment.
* Restorative breathing (extended exhale, nervous system settling)
* Skin breathing (expanding awareness to the body boundary)
* Lung meridian stretching (release of grief and tension)
* “Shooting the Arrow” practice (clarity and direction)
* Introduction to Embryonic Breathing (subtle breath awareness)
* Packing chi into belt and legs (stabilising energy downward)
💧 12 April — Water Element (Depth & Vitality)
Theme: Essence, storage, and inner power
Focus: strengthening kidney energy and sexual vitality as foundational reserves.
* Lotus breathing (connection between heart and sexual centre)
* Triple Warmer balancing (heat/cold regulation)
* Medicinal shaking and vibration practices (releasing stagnation)
* Bone and jaw activation (deep structural energy awakening)
🌱 19 April — Wood Element (Growth & Movement)
Theme: Expansion, direction, and rising life-force
Focus: mobilising energy and introducing subtle circulation pathways.
* Tendon and fascia activation (elasticity and flow)
* Liver meridian tonification (sound and green colour work)
* Eye and vision activation (direction and clarity)
* Heart–Liver connection (alignment of compassion and action)
* Introduction to the Microcosmic Orbit (light tracing of energy pathways)
🔥 26 April — Fire Element (Radiance & Integration)
Theme: Joy, compassion, and energetic expression
Focus: integrating all elements through the heart centre and allowing natural radiance.
* Heart breathing (expansion from the chest centre)
* Cultivation of joy and warmth (inner fire activation)
* Radiating energy outward from the heart
* Integration of Earth, Water, Wood, and Metal through Fire awareness
