    Bliss Breath Dance 

    I’ve always been drawn to music and beats, and when I discovered the power of breathwork, it felt like uncovering a secret key to pure energy and connection. A typical breathwork session might last around 40 minutes, but what I love is taking that energy and letting it flow straight into ecstatic dance. 
     

    This is more than just dancing; it’s primal—it’s medicine. Humans have danced since the days of our earliest tribes, using movement as a way to release, connect, and celebrate life. When you carry that heightened self-awareness from breath into free movement, it unlocks something deeper. You’re no longer just dancing; you’re following your energy, letting it guide you, creating an awareness that flows through each move. 
     

    And the magic? You feel connected—not just to yourself but to everyone around you. It’s like being in a state of pure bliss, where music, breath, and movement melt together. Every time, it feels like a new journey, a way to let go.   
     

    We integrate the good medicine in movement with deep restful silence in Shavasana and sometimes the singing voice or the Crystal or Tibetan bowls.
